He has 10.79 years of relevant experience as a senior software engineer with expertise in dotNET, Java, and ASP.NET. Vijay started his fitness journey in November 2017 when he was overweight by 18 kgs. He tried different options but couldn't figure out how to shed those extra pounds. Finally, he figured out the body science behind fat burning and achieved his fitness goal of 12% body fat, running 1km/4.5 min, and having an ideal BMI using this science.
